Alycia Cone was 16 when she started attending youth group. She had Steve's wife as her small group leader, and after she graduated and completed a year with City Year, she joined the student ministry team to serve as a small group leader. On this episode, Alycia dives into her story but also explains how she leads small groups, and why it works.
